Challenge: Cook observed that it was taking their workers too long to set up scaffolding for shielding support.
Solution: NPO replaced Cook’s scaffolding with 33 serpentine racks, designed to provide virtually any shielding wall configuration.
Results: Under the control of the Radiation Protection organization, the easy-to-transport racks minimize streaming and reduce Cook’s setup time.
